2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Estimated delivery times vary based on location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5-10 business days
- Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government regulations.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping fee will be charged on orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
- You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

5. Undelivered & Lost Shipments
- If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and provide a resolution.
6. International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping services are not available at this time.
